明亮长脚金龟甲成虫的空间分布型及抽样技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 2012年在青海省天峻县,采用5种抽样方法对明亮长脚金龟甲成虫进行了田间调查。运用5种聚集度指标和Iwao回归分析法对明亮长脚金龟甲成虫种群的空间分布型、理论抽样数及序贯抽样技术进行了研究。结果表明,明亮长脚金龟甲在田间均为聚集分布,聚集原因可能是由于成虫自身特性和环境因子或其中一个原因引起的。5种抽样方法通过t检验,证明均适合于该昆虫的田间调查。应用Iwao的理论抽样数模型建立了明亮长脚金龟甲成虫的田间理论抽样数公式为N=(t/D)2(30.780/m-0.1948);根据Iwao序贯抽样模型建立了该种群序贯抽样公式为T=43n±1.961(21324.53n-360.19)~(1/2)。 Five sampling methods were used to investigate the adult spatial distribution of Hoplia spectabilis Medvedev in Tianjun County,Qinghai Province in 2012.Based on the investigation,the spatial distribution pattern,theoretical sampling number and sequential sampling technique were studied using 5 methods of aggregation indices and Iwao regression analysis.The results showed that the adult population in fields was aggregated distribution.The reason for aggregation might be due to the insect natural habit and environmental factors,or one of them.All of 5 sampling methods could be used in field survey through the t test.The theoretical formula of sampling number and sequential sampling are N =(t/D)2 (30.780/m -0.1948) and T =43n ± 1.96 √1324.53n-360.19 respectively.
