摘要
本文研究了泽漆各器官乙醇提取物在10mg/mL时的抑菌、除草和杀虫活性。抑菌结果表明,根的抑菌效果最强,泽漆根乙醇提取物对番茄灰霉病、辣椒炭疽病和黄瓜枯萎病菌的抑制率分别达到55.2%、53.3%和64.9%;除草活性结果表明,泽漆各器官乙醇提取物对4种植物幼苗的根和茎的生长均有抑制作用,其中对生菜、稗草、小麦这3种植物的根抑制率均达到78%以上;杀虫活性结果表明,泽漆叶的乙醇提取物对萝卜蚜的48h校正死亡率可达92.6%。
Antifungal,herbicidal and insecticidal activities of ethanol extracts from different organs of Euphorbia helioscopia were discussed in the paper among 10 mg/mL doses.Antifungal activities showed the roots of Euphorbia helioscopia are the strongest antibacterial effects,and their ethanol extracts produced different antibacterial ratio,respectively up to 55.2%,53.3% and 64.9% against Botrytis cinerea,Colletotrichum.capsici and Fusarium oxysporum ; herbicidal activities showed the ethanol extracts of different Euphorbia helioscopia organs had some inhibiting effects to four kinds of roots and stem of plant seedlings,and the inhibiting ratio arrived above 78 % to Lactuca sativa,Echinochloa crusgalli,Triticum aestivum the three plant roots; insecticidal activities showed the leaves extraction of Euphorbia helioscopia caused 92.6 % corrected death rate to Lipaphis erysimi in 48 hours.
