河北省高职院校人才培养模式现状调查

The Current Situation Investigation of the Personnel Cultivation Pattern in the Vocational Colleges of Hebei Province

为全面了解河北省高职院校人才培养模式现状及其存在的问题,对河北省15所高职院校、15家企事业单位以及500名学生及其家长进行了调查,并得出结论：河北省高职院校的人才培养状况与企业的人才需求存在一定差距,高职院校在人才培养模式、专业设置调整等方面相对滞后,培养出的学生不能很好地满足市场需求,导致毕业生就业质量相对较低。

In order to know the overall current situation and problems of the personnel cultivation pattern in the vocational colleges of Hebei province, the author and the research group have investigated 15 vocational colleges, 15 companies and 500 vocational students and their parents in Hebei Province. And then some conclusions are drawn below： there are some gaps between the personnel cultivation pattern in the vocational colleges of Hebei province and the human resource＇s needs of the companies, the personnel cultivation pattern and the major setup and adjustments are relatively lag behind, the graduates cannot meet the market requirements, and the employment quality of the graduates is not very satisfactory.
