跑气保用轮胎侧倾滚动力学性能有限元分析 被引量:8

摘要 以225/40R18轮胎为参考对象,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立跑气保用轮胎和普通轮胎的三维有限元模型,对侧倾滚动工况下两种轮胎的变形情况、接地性能(接地印迹形状和应力分布)等进行了分析。研究结果表明,相比普通轮胎,跑气保用轮胎在侧倾滚动状态下的接地印痕面积较小,说明跑气保用轮胎在转向灵活性方面较为优越;在相同侧倾角下,跑气保用轮胎的外倾侧向力微高于普通轮胎,而翻转力矩却明显高于普通轮胎。 With 225/40R18 tire as reference object,three dimensional finite element model of run-flat tire and traditional tire were established by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software.Deformations and grounding properties of two tires such as footprint,and stress distribution were analyzed in camber rolling condition.Results showed that compared with traditional tire,the footprint of run-flat tire was smaller in camber rolling condition,which meant it had a more flexible turning performance.At the same camber angle,the camber lateral fore of runflat tire was slightly higher than traditional tire,and the turn-over moment was evidently higher than that of traditional tire.
