摘要
三电平中性点钳位(NPC)逆变系统研究的主要问题是直流链电压增益的范围较窄以及中性点电位不平衡。中性点电位不平衡将造成输出波形含有低次谐波,以及电容、开关承受不平衡电压,导致其使用寿命下降。本文提出一种Buck-Boost三电平NPC逆变器中性点电压平衡的控制策略。采用该方法逆变器可有效输出平衡的直流链电容电压。Matlab/Simulink仿真和实验证明了所提方法的有效性。
The limited voltage buck operation and the neural point voltage imbalance are two main problems in development of neutral-point-clamped(NPC) inverter. The dc-link voltage imbalance may introduce lower-order harmonics for output waveform and reduce the lifespan of switches and capacitors due to the unbalanced voltage stress. This paper proposes a dc-link voltage balance control strategy for a three-level buck-boost NPC inverter, which can effectively govern the balanced dc-link capacitive voltages. The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is proved based on Matlab.
