竞走运动员褚亚飞“低住高练”的分析研究——以备战伦敦奥运选拔赛为例 被引量:1

摘要 目的:以优秀竞走运动员褚亚飞"低住高练"的训练实例进行分析,为今后的高原训练提供一些可借鉴的参考依据。方法:以褚亚飞"低住高练"为研究对象,对训练方案的制定、训练情况、训练监控数据等进行统计分析。结果:在三周"低住高练"训练模式中,成绩并不理想,未能取得参赛资格,认为这是一个失败的高原训练案例。结论:"低住高练"是竞走项目重要的训练手段之一,它有积极显著的效果,也有诸多不确定的因素,在以后训练方案的制定中,应充分考虑运动员的机能状态和运动能力的变化。 Purpose: Analyze the elite race walker Chu Ya - fei' s "Living Low - exercise high" train- ing method to provide useful informations for future plateau training. Method:Analyze the training program development, training situations and training monitoring data. Results:The result is not sat- isfactory, failed to qualify for the Games after a three weeks "living low -exercise high" training. We think it is a failure case of plateau training. Conclu,~ion : "living low - exercise high" is one of the most important training method,it has a significant positive effect, but it also has some uncertain factors, we should take full account in the functional state and the individual ability of each athletes in the development of future training program.
