摘要
在查阅文献、专家访谈及问卷调查的基础上,以核心力量训练在力量训练课中的安排顺序为研究对象进行实验研究。运用两种不同顺序安排的训练方案,经过12周的练习后得出结论:1)两种训练方案都能促进传统力量及核心力量训练各个指标成绩的提高。2)在力量训练课中,采用第一种方案即将核心力量训练放在传统力量训练前面时,深蹲、硬拉、核心力量、核心爆发力的训练效果更好;采用第二种方案即将核心力量训练放在传统力量训练后面时,核心耐力的训练效果更好;两种训练方案对卧推素质训练效果的影响没有显著性差异。
On the basis of literature consulting, interviews, as well as questionnaire survey conduc- ting an experimental study about the sequence of core strength training (CST) and traditional strength training(TST) in the strength training classes. Arrange two different training programs and conclude after 12 weeks: (1)Both CST and TST were improved in these two different training pro- grams. (2) The first program conducted CST before TST, the training effect of full squat, dead lift, core strength and core power is better;The other program, put CST behind TST, the core training is better. There is no significant difference on improving the bench press between the two training pro- grams.
