摘要
运营服务IT支撑是保障电信运营企业IT支撑系统正常运行,最大限度发挥其在电信运营企业运营中作用的强有力后盾。为适应企业运营环境、企业信息化发展需求的变化,电信运营企业运营服务IT支撑体系亟需改进及完善。本文就电信运营企业运营服务IT支撑工作范畴、面临的主要问题、体系框架、下一步发展建议等内容等进行了探究。
The IT operation service support is the key that ensures the IT support system of telecom- munication enterprises operates regularly and gives full play in the enterprise operation. With the changes of the competitive environment, the IT ser- vice support system needs adjustment and innovation urgently, This paper focuses on the category, chal- lenges and frameworks of the IT service support sys- tem, as well as the targets and suggestions for the future development.
