摘要
心理契约违背是组织管理中的热点问题,它会对组织绩效和个人绩效产生显著负向作用。文章以长三角地区部分服务类企业的234名员工为样本,应用社会网络和多元回归统计分析方法,研究社会网络嵌入对员工心理契约违背的影响。实证结果表明,网络强度与位势对心理契约违背有显著负向作用,而网络规模与网络距对心理契约违背没有显著作用。
Psychological contract breach (PCB) is a heated issue in organizational management and has a significant nega- tive role in both organization performance and employee performance. Using 234 employees in service-sector companies in Yan- gtze River Delta as sample, with the use of Social Network Approach and the statistical method of multivariate regression analysis, this paper explores the impacts of social network embedding on psychological contract breach. The empirical results show that net- works with strong ties and high status are negatively related to psychological contract breach, and social network size and social network range have no significant impact on the psychological contract breach.
