The transformation of moral education development mode in era of consumption and affluent society is in line with the times and the needs of the society, which commits to improving and prompting moral education methods and pat- terns, integrating resources, and optimizing structures. It is not only a cognitive process to think back the past, have eyes on the present and look ahead the future, but also a practical process to consolidate, insist and improve. The study on the conno- tation, inexorable tendency, methods and precautions of the transformation of moral education development mode not only has the basis of materialistic dialectics and the theoretical foundation that moral education should be in line with the nature needs of the age, the society and the human, but also has the practical basis to compensate for the lack of moral education research aod response to the transfnrmation of economical development mode.
