当前高校青年教师心理健康状况不容乐观,重点高校这一问题更为突出。本文就重点高校青年教师的具体心理健康问题进行了归纳和分析,并针对如何解决这一问题提出了相应的对策建议。

The current college young teachers＇ mental health status is not optimistic,and in key universities,this issue is more outstanding. This paper analyzes and summarizes the specific mental health problems of young teachers in key universi- ties, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to solve this problem.
