摘要
利用ANSYS有限元软件对某预研型号运载火箭上面级发动机用机架的结构进行了优化设计,建立了参数化模型,运用零阶和一阶优化方法得出最优解,并对最优解进行了结构强度和稳定性校核。经过优化设计,使得机架的结构质量大大减轻,优化效果明显。
Taking an upper-stage liquid rocket engine thrust flame as an example, this paper studies structural optimized design methods by finite elements analysis software ANSYS. Setting up the parametric modeling, obtained the best result by zero order and first order methods. Furthermore, this paper validated structural strength and stability. The mass of thrust frame was lightened consumedly via optimum, and the effect of optimum was obvious.
