摘要
准确把握系统当前的电压稳定裕度,有助于调度人员制定合理的电压稳定措施。文中提出一种考虑调度操作成功和失败场景的操作风险量化方法,本方法将调度操作风险转换为一系列操作风险状态的风险,利用系统运行点的静态电压稳定裕度反映系统风险水平,可以在调度操作执行之前评估操作给系统电压稳定带来的影响。能够辅助调度人员制定电压稳定控制措施,有助于提高系统安全稳定运行。最后利用IEEE 118节点测试系统验证本文所提方法的有效性。
Exactly describing voltage stability margin can be used to help operators to make reasonable risk manage- ment and control measurements.A quantitative method of dispatching operation risk is proposed in this paper, by con- sidering direct and indirect risk from operation success and failure.In this method, the dispatching operation risk is transformed to the risk of a series of risk states and voltage stability margin is used to reflect risk level of power system, which could weigh the influence of dispatching operation on pre-operating voltage stability.It can be used to help draft control measurements on voltage stability, which could improve system secure and stable operation. Finally, the effec- tiveness of proposed method is validated by IEEE 118-bus system
