摘要
从安全性、经济性、灵活性、可靠性、协调性五个方面研究配电网评估指标,对配电网进行综合评估。重点研究变电站单台主变故障情况下的配电网供电能力以及线路故障时的负荷转移能力;考虑全寿命周期成本LCC(life cycle cost)对动态经济性指标包括净现值、投资回收期的影响,并将所得结果与传统经济性评价方法的结果进行对比,显示了利用LCC方法进行配电网经济性评估的全面性以及合理性。最后,利用该体系并结合熵权层次分析法对实际配电网的综合评估,验证了指标体系的有效性和可行性。
An integrated indices system of network planning and evaluation is built in this paper, referring to security, economy, reliability, flexibility and coordination. The ability of network to transfer load between transmission lines as well as the power supply capability are studied in detail when the single main transformer fails in the substation. The impacts on dynamic indicators such as ENPV of life cycle cost (LCC) is studied in the economy analysis and compared with the traditional economic evaluation method. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the evaluation system pro- posed in this paper are verified through a regional realistic network assessment, using the entropy weight AHP.
