浅薄层特稠油油藏HDNS开采数值模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 浅薄层特稠油油藏原油黏度高、埋藏浅、地层温度低、天然能量不足、油藏流体不具有流动性,采用HDNS技术(N2和降黏剂辅助水平井蒸汽吞吐)可提高该类油藏的采收率。通过数值模拟方法分析了N2和降黏剂的注入参数对开采效果的影响,结果表明:随着N2和降黏剂的注入,均可有效提高原油产量,并且各注入参数均存在较优值;利用正交设计和方差分析进行了HDNS技术多因素敏感性分析,结果显示:显著影响HDNS技术开采效果的因素有降黏剂注入量、N2与降黏剂注入顺序、降黏剂注入速度、N2注入量等。 In shallow thin extra-heavy oil reservoir,the fluids are immobile due to high viscosity,small burial depth,low formation temperature and insufficient natural energy. However,HDNS technology( N2 and thinner assisted steam huff and puff for horizontal wells) can be used to enhance its oil recovery. Through the numerical simulation,this paper analyzes the effects of injection parameters of N2 and thinner on recovery efficiency. The results show that,with N2 and thinner injection,crude oil output is improved effectively and there are optimal injection parameters for simulation. Then,multifactor sensibility analysis is conducted for HDNS using orthogonal design and variance analysis. It suggests that the control factors for HDNS recovery include thinner injection volume,N2 and thinner injection sequence,thinner injection rate,and N2 injection volume.
