摘要
文章对油茶的定义及产业属性(自然属性、经济属性、社会属性)进行了详细的阐述,深入分析了中国食用油的需求、结构、对外依存度及食用油安全问题,阐明了发展油茶产业的紧迫性和必要性。总结了贵州省的油茶资源现状和资源特点,以及贵州自然地理特点带来的油茶发展的复杂性和多样性,并依据贵州自然地貌和气候特点,结合油茶物种的资源分布,将贵州油茶区划为五个区。在此基础上,进一步阐述了贵州油茶发展的阶段性,提出贵州油茶产业化的战略及实现的技术路径。
In this paper, the definition of the oil camellia as well as its industral properties ( natural, econom- ic, social) were firstly discussed in detail, and then the need, structure, foreign trade dependency, and safety of the edible oil in China were deeply analyzed. According to the present condition and resource characteristics of the oil camellia, in combination with the physiognomy, climate characteristics, and camellia species distribution, the planting area of oil camellia in Guizhou province was divided into five zones. At the last, the strategy and technical approach to develop the oil camellia industry in Guizhou province were proposed.
