摘要
本文根据近年来毕节试验区林地管理现状,总结了林地管理存在的问题及原因分析,提出了建立林地保护目标考核责任制、建立使用林地预审制度、加强林地保护管理队伍建设、加强部门之间的协调配合、充分利用林地保护利用规划结果等建议。
According to the current status of forest land management in Bijie Experimental Area, the existing problems as well as their causes were summarized and discussed. On this basis, some suggestions were proposed in- cluding： establishment of the target responsibility system for forest land pretection, establishment of the preliminary hearing system for forest land utilization, enhanced construction of the forest land management team, enhancement of the coordination and cooperation among relevant departments, full appliction of the current forest land planning a- chievements, etc.
