脱硫微生物的分离纯化及其代谢硫代硫酸钠的性能研究

摘要 实验于高温碱性下筛选得到一株能够代谢硫代硫酸钠(Na2S2O3)的革兰氏阴性短杆菌,命名为GDC-2。通过单因素实验,得到其最适生长条件:温度为45℃、pH值为8.5,摇床转速为150r/min。在最适条件下,测定了该菌的生长曲线,知其世代时间为20 h;在此条件下,该菌经13 h使得溶液中Na2S2O3的含量减少了1.35 g/L(脱硫率21.19%),研究结果将为工业脱硫副产物Na2S2O3的降解提供参考。 A thermophilic alkaline desulphuricant bacterium, which was named as GDC -2, was isolated and could metabolize sodium thiosulfate. The bacterium was short rod -shaped and Gram negative. The single factor tests were carried out and the optimum culture condition was confirmed as follows: the temperature was presented at 45℃, the pH was displayed at 8.8, and the stirring speed of the shaker was observed at 150 r/min. Under the optimum culture condition, the cells of the strain can live for 20 h. After the regeneration of the above desulfurization solution under help of the strain cells, the concentration of sodium thiosulfate was decreased by 1.35 g/L (percentage loss of content 21. 19 % ). These results suggest that the strain has potential application to the regeneration of industrial solution containing sodium thiosulfate.
