摘要
结合国外再生骨料混凝土配合比的最新研究,利用正交试验方法研究了天然粗骨料掺量比率、粉煤灰掺量、减水剂掺量对新拌大流动性再生骨料混凝土和易性的影响。结果表明,随着天然粗骨料掺量比率的增加,新拌混凝土的和易性得以改善;粉煤灰与减水剂掺量的增加可以加大混凝土拌合物的塌落度,但对其粘聚性和保水性产生不利影响,减水剂掺量影响更大。通过正交分析,提出了适合大流动性再生骨料混凝土的最佳配合比。
According to the latest research about the mixture proportioning method for recycled aggregate concrete, the effect of the natural aggregate content ratio, fly ash proportion, and water reducing agent proportion on workability of high fluidity recycled aggregate concrete was studied by means of orthogonal experiment design. The results show that the workability of fresh concrete improved with the increasing of natural aggregate content ratio. With the content of fly ash and water reducing agent increasing, especially the latter factor, the mixture flowability tended to improve, while the cohesive and water -retaining properties got worse. The optimum mix proportion of high fluidity recycled aggregate concrete is brought forward by orthogonal analysis.
