摘要 设计了一种基于恒流源方式的超级电容充电系统,充电过程分为大电流恒流充电阶段、逐渐减小充电电流阶段、微小恒定电流充电阶段,确保超级电容能够完全充满。利用具有电压线性控制电流特性的MOSFET设计了恒流源,单片机通过控制DA转换器可调节恒流源的大小。编写了上位机软件,可设置充电电流的大小、额定电压及绘制充电过程曲线图。 A super capacitor charging system based on constant-current source was designed. To ensure that the super capac- itor could be fully charged, the charging process was divided into three stages of large constant current, gradual reducing current and small constant current. MOSFET possessing the characteristic of linear current controlling with voltage was used to design the con- stant-eurrent source, whose current size was adjusted by DA converter chip controlled by MCU. The control system PC program was written to set the size of the charge current and the rated voltage, and to draw the charging process curves.
