Training of Foreign- oriented Talents in Post Demographic Dividend Era

国内外严峻的就业形势、劳动密集型产业的发展和人口结构的变化迫使中国必须尽快完成人口红利向人才红利的转变。这一转变需要高等教育模式的革新,而高职院校充当了这场变革的先行军,大力拓宽招生渠道,衍变教学方法,促进专业优胜劣汰,争取在短期内提高外向型人才的储备总量。

Given by the harsh employment situation in China and abroad, development of labor - intensive industries and change of demographic structure, China needs to accomplish the shift from demographic dividend to talent dividend. The higher education model needs to be reformed to achieve this shift. Vocational colleges should play a leading role in this reform, expand channels to enroll students, reform teaching methods, and promote the development of outstanding majors so as to train more foreign -oriented talents in a short tenn.
