摘要
紫菜是一种蛋白质含量丰富的红藻。研究表明,紫菜蛋白尤其是紫菜藻胆蛋白具有抗肿瘤、增强免疫、抗氧化、降血压、舒张血管等生物功能。目前紫菜蛋白的提取方法有水溶液提取法、酶法、和超声波法等。本文详细论述了紫菜蛋白的生物功能和提取方法,最后对紫菜蛋白的发展提出了一些建议。
Laver is rich in protein. Studies have shown that Laver protein, especially phycobiliprotein have function of anti-tumor, enhancing immunization, anti-oxidation, antihypertensive, vasorelaxation. Currently laver protein extraction methods were mainly of aqueous extraction, enzymatic method, and ultrasonic method. Finally some suggestions on development of porphyra yezoensis protein made. This article discusses the biological functions and extraction methods of laver protein in detail, and at last made some suggestions on the development of laver protein.
