This article discussed eight theoretical relationships between government and market through analyzing the theory rela- tions of government and market in the price reform, and correctly handled the relationship between government and market eight theoreti- cal strategies and methods; Then it proposed eight principles and eight measures to correctly handle the relationship between government and market in the future reform of China＇s price.
