妈湾发电厂汽机保护的优化改造

发电厂热工保护误动一直是困扰电厂的一个重大问题 ,为此妈湾电厂技术人员对汽机推力瓦温、瓦温、上/下缸温差及轴承振动等保护系统进行优化完善并取得了很好的效果 ,最大限度的消除了由于测量元件质量等问题及保护逻辑不完善所引起的汽机保护误动。

The operation errors of turbine protection system are serious problems in a power plant.In MaWan Power Plant,many measures have been taken to reduce operation errors’ frequencies.Now we make great success through optimizing trubine protection systems.Including improvement of thrust bearing temperature protection,bearing temperature protection,up/down casing metal temperature difference protection and bearing vibration protection.The measures have large eliminated operation error resulted from the injruy of measuring elements and the faultiness of turbine protection logic.
