摘要
在陈述当前我国林业工程发展现状、强调林业工程建设意义的基础上,提出林业工程立项配套管理措施,对项目责任制度、招投标制度、监管制度、合同制度、项目资金支出报账制度的建设和实施进行了简要论述。
On basis of In a stating forestry existing problems and emphasizing the significance of forestry projects, the for- estry project management methods were proposed. And responsibility system, bidding system, monitoring system, contract system, capital expenditures reimbursement system were discussed briefly.
