摘要
白屈菜、兴安白芷、毛莨、毛穗藜芦4种植物的粗提物对樟子松枯梢病病原菌的菌丝生长抑制效果较好,平均抑制率为75.06%;抑制病原菌孢子萌发效果较好的有毒植物是兴安白芷;兴安白芷的抑制浓度值最小,数值为19.00mg/ml。综合抑菌效果来看,筛选出兴安白芷为最优抑制樟子松枯梢病病原菌有毒植物。
Inhibitory effect of extractions from Chelidonium majus, Angelica dahurica, Stellera chamaejasme and Veratrum maackii on Sphaeropsis sapinea were better, the average inhibition rate was 75. 06%. Angelica dahurica was poisonous plant which inhibite spore germination better, with a minimum EC50 of 19. 00mg/ml. So Angehca dahurica was the best poisonous plants which can inhibitie Sphaeropsis sapinea.
