红外变焦距光学系统的研究

摘要 基于战场环境要求红外光学系统不仅可以兼顾大视场搜索,还能够满足小视场瞄准跟踪的需求,针对160×128元非制冷焦平面阵列探测器,设计了8~12μm波段折射式长波红外连续变焦系统。该系统变焦过程中相对孔径不变,F数为3,变倍比为15∶1,在20~300 mm范围内可连续变焦。用ZEMAX光学设计软件对设计结果进行像质评价,结果表明,系统的调制传递函数接近衍射极限,成像质量优良,满足光学系统的设计要求。 The battlefield environment requires the infrared optical system can not only balance of large field of view based search, but also can meet the requirements of small field of view aiming and tracking requirements, according to the 160X128 element uncooled focal plane array detector,designed 8~12 band reflection type infrared continuous zoom system. The system of zoom process relative aperture unchanged,number 3,zoom ratio is 15:1, in the range of 20--300ram continuous zoom. For image quality evaluation, the result of design with ZEMAX optical design software results, function is close to the diffraction limit transfer system modulation, good imaging quality,meet the requirements of the optical system design.
