2006～2008年中缅边境保山市暗娼HIV感染及相关行为调查

Survey on Status of HIV Infection and Related Behavior Among Commercial Sex Workers in Border Areas of Baoshan City between China and Myanmar,2006-2008

目的了解保山市2006～2008年HIV哨点暗娼人群感染HIV及相关行为情况。方法 2006～2008年每年4～6月,对保山市三县(区)从事商业性交易的(社区娱乐场所,覆盖街头流动暗娼和乡镇)的暗娼进行调查,并检测HIV抗体。结果 2006～2008年保山市累计监测暗娼2 525人,HIV抗体阳性检出率为1.10%。HIV抗体阳性检出率,各年分别为0.83%、1.20%、1.11%。暗娼首次接客年龄平均18.53±2.85岁;每年从事商业性交易活动时间为(7.31±2.57)个月,每月为(14.03±7.38)d;每周接客为(3.65±4.06)人;每天接客为(1.31±1.41)人。最近1次性行为时安全套使用比例,各年分别为87.05%、94.44%、96.12%;最近1个月性行为时每次都使用安全套比例,各年分别为76.86%、80.65%、84.66%(P<0.01)。未使用安全套的原因为客人不愿意使用及从未使用。结论 2006～2008年保山市暗娼HIV感染率高于全国平均水平。

Objective To understand the status of the HIV infection and high risk behaviors among commercial sex workers （CSWs） ,Baoshan city,2006-2008. Methods CSWs in three counties of Baoshan city were interviewed by ques- tionnaire and tested for HIV during April-June, 2006-2008. Results A total of 2 525 CSWs were involved, 2006- 2008. Overall the HIV seroprevalence was 1.10%, and the HIV seroprevalence in each year was 0.83%, 1.20%, and 1.11% respectively. The first commercial sex act mainly took place at （18.53 ± 2.85） years old. The CSWs engaged in commercial sex on the average for （7.31±2.57） months per year and （14.03±7.38） days per month,respectively. The mean number of clients was 3.65 4.06 per week,and （1.31±1.41） per day. During 2006-2008,the rate of using condom in the last time in each year was 87.05%, 94.44%, and 96.12~ respectively and the consistently used condom in last month was 76.86% ,80.65% ,and 84.66% （ P 〈0.01） respectively. Conclusion The HIV prevalence among CSWs is higher than the nationwide average level in Baoshan city,2006-2008.
