CT、B超引导胸膜切割活检阳性率分析

Analysis of the positive rate of pleura biopsy with puncture-cut guided by CT or B-mode ultrasound

目的探讨CT、B超引导胸膜切割活检的阳性率差异。方法用CT、B超定位至胸膜最厚处,用切割针进行胸膜活检,标本送病理检验。结果 CT引导的52例中,病理结果阳性占43例(阳性率为83%),B超引导的47例患者中,阳性27例(阳性率为57%),P<0.01。结论 CT引导胸膜活检阳性率高于B超引导胸膜活检阳性率。

Objective To evaluate the positive rates of CT or B mode ultrasound guided cutting-needle biopsy in the diagnosis of pleural diseases. Methods UGCB was performed in the thickest part of pleura by using CT or B-mode ultrasound directing, and then the specimens were sent to pathological laboratory for analysis. Results The 43 biopsy-positive cases under CT guidance represent a case detection rate of 83%; the 27 positive cases under ultrasound guidance represent a 57% rate. There was significant difference between the two guiding methods （chi- square test, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The biopsy-positive rate of CT guidance is higher than that of B-mode ultrasound guidance.
