摘要 对秦皇岛热电厂 2号锅炉燃烧器的技术改造结果表明 ,在旋流燃烧器一次风出口加装齿形煤粉增浓器 ,可以实现浓淡分离燃烧 ,提高锅炉的低负荷稳燃性能和效率。这种方法简单易行 。 The results of technical modification of a swirl burner fitted on boiler No.2 at Qinhuangdao Power Plant indicate that the addition of a tooth shaped pulverized coal concentrator at the primary air outlet of the burner makes it possible to realize a dense dilute separation combustion. This simple and easy to use method can contribute to enhancing furnace combustion stability and efficiency during the low load operation of the boiler. It is worthwhile to be recommended as an item of technical modification for swirl burners.
