摘要
分析了制约锅炉部件可靠性为中心的维修技术(RCM)的难点 ,提出了相应的解决办法。对锅炉RCM方法的基本问题———故障模式的研究 ,建立了用威布尔函数表示的数学模型并解释了其物理意义 ,这种模型适合于工程应用。
An analysis is given of the difficulties involved in the implementation of a reliability centered maintenance (RCM) for boiler components and relevant measures are proposed to cope with such difficulties. To tackle the basic problem of studying boiler parts failure modes based on RCM, a mathematical model based on the use of Weibull functions has been set up along with an explanation of its physical meaning. Such a model is suited for engineering applications. In conclusion, the paper has listed some key items of work yet to be undertaken for the development of the RCM in China.
