125MW机组给水泵采用螺旋密封新技术

摘要 遵义发电总厂 12 5MW机组给水泵轴封装置原来采用浮动环密封 ,该密封装置由于结构原理的原因 ,动静配合间隙小 ,对密封水水质、压力要求高 ,因此给水泵运行存在一定的安全隐患。改造后的给水泵轴封装置采用螺旋密封新技术 ,螺旋密封动静配合间隙大 ,对密封水压力要求不高。通过在遵义发电总厂 12 5MW机组给水泵上的改造应用 ,取得了良好的经济效益 。 The shaft seal device of a feedwater pump for a 125 MW unit installed at Zhenyi Power Generation Plant was a floating ring seal. Due to its special structural configuration the shaft seal has to employ a small dynamic and static fit clearance, which places a high demand on seal water quality and pressure. In view of this there lurked a hidden danger during the operation of the feedwater pump. The shaft seal of the feedwater pump was eventrually replaced by a spiral seal based on an item of new technology. With a large dynamic and static fit clearance the spiral seal does not present a high demand on the sealing water pressure. Its use on the feedwater pump of the 125 MW unit at the Zhenyi Power Generation General Plant results in sizable economic benefits and a higher operation safety.
