支气管哮喘的特异性免疫治疗进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着工业革命的发展、环境的污染,支气管哮喘的发病率日趋增多。特异性免疫治疗(specific immunotherapy,SIT)不仅能减少发作缓解症状,而且能改变疾病的自然病程。SIT目前主要有皮下注射特异性免疫治疗(subcutaneous immunotherapy,SCIT)和舌下特异性免疫治疗(sublingual immunotherapy,SLIT)两种方式。自SIT提出至今,经过一个多世纪的研究,大量荟萃分析证明了SIT的有效性及安全性。此外,SIT仍然存在一些问题值得进一步研究和不断完善改进。 With the development of the industrial revolution and the environment pollution, the incidence of asthma has increased day by day. Specific immunotherapy (SIT) can not only reduce the attack to alleviate the symptoms, but also can change the natural course of disease. SIT has two mainly ways:subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT) and sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT). Since it putting forward, a large number of meta-analysis have proved SIT's effectiveness and safety during more than a century. In addition, there are some problems worthy for further research to improve.
