摘要
岩石的可钻性是合理选择钻头、优选钻进参数的重要依据。为满足国外钻井监督对录井方面提供所钻遇岩石硬度的要求,录井工程师根据声波时差计算岩石硬度的研究成果,依据乌兹别克斯坦咸海地区多口井钻进参数,总结出dc指数与声波时差存在较好的相关性,从而推导出岩石硬度和dc指数存在相关性,在此基础上建立了适合咸海地区应用的根据dc指数计算岩石硬度的模型。通过在乌兹别克斯坦咸海地区现场应用表明,根据dc指数计算出的岩石硬度精度满足现场需求。
Rock drillability is an important basis for a reasonable choice of a bit and optimization of drilling parameters.In order to meet the requirements of the foreign drilling supervisors for the rock hardness that is provided by mud logging,according to the research achievements of calculating rock hardness with interval transit time,and the multi-well drilling parameters of Aral Sea region in Uzbekistan,the engineers summed up that a good correlation existed between dc index and interval transit time so as to derive the correlation in rock hardness and dc index,established a rock hardness model that was calculated by dc index which was suitable to the Aral Sea region.Through the field application in Aral Sea region in Uzbekistan,it showed that the rock hardness precision fromdcindex can meet field demands.
