Review on the New Development of Probation System Research

本世纪以来,缓刑制度研究取得新的发展,研究成果丰硕,研究视角触及缓刑制度的方方面面,重点集中在缓刑的性质、缓刑的适用条件、缓刑的考察、缓刑的撤销等内容。尽管缓刑制度研究的新发展让人欣喜,但也存在诸多问题,缓刑制度研究的系统性和实践性有待进一步加强。

Sinee the start of this century, the research of probation system has made new development. The research re- sults have been fruitful, the research perspective has involved all aspects of probation system, and the research focused on the probation nature, applying conditions, supervision and inspection, revocation, etc. Although the new develop- ment of the probation system research have been making us delighted, there are also a lot of imperfections, its systemati- cal and practical aspects need to be strengthened.
