摘要
高校辅导员的发展困境主要表现在辅导员工作面临任务之重、压力之大、身份之惑。究其原因,主要是辅导员的职业倦怠、自我效能感低、发展停滞等造成的。基于此,提出了分工明确为基础、制度支持作保障、需求驱动为动力三方面的解决建议。
This paper was based on the theory of survival orientation analysis in the development of college counselors. It was found that the development of college counselors is in such difficulties as the task is heavy, the pressure is big, the identity is confused, etc. By investigating the reasons, it mainly was found that the counselor. job burnout, low self- efficacy, stagnation, etc. made the contribution. Based on the above analysis, this paper suggested to having a clear di- vision of responsibilities, having the system as guarantee, and having the driving force.
