摘要 基于曲面拟合理论 ,确立了大型动 (静 )叶调节轴流风机的通用性能数学模型。使用表明 :模型精度高、易收敛 ,通用性强。对模型在工程中的应用进行了实践 ,给出模型用于风机流量测量和在线监测、风机喘振故障实时预报的具体方法和思路 ,并以此为基础建立了风机运行工况在线监测和喘振实时预报系统。图 4表 1参 It is quite necessary to develop its mathematical performance model to accurately monitor the working condition of these important power plant auxiliary machines and to have optimal dispatch. So this paper investigates the practical performance of large axial flow fan with adjustable moving vanes or static vanes and develop a universal mathematical performance model based on the curve fitting theory. The model is simple, with high accuracy and wide applicability. The engineering application of the model is further studied and practised. A new method to measure and on line monitor the fan's flow is put forward and the basic train of thoughts to realize running fan's surge prediction is given. The software of Axial flow Fan Monitoring and Surge Prediction System (FMSPS) is simply introduced. Figs 4, table 1 and refs 7.
