MCu记忆合金与TCu220两种宫内节育器48个月临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Two Kinds of Intrauterine Device MCu Memory Alloy and TCu220 in 48 Months

目的探讨观察MCu记忆合金与TCu 220两种IUD的临床应用效果及安全性。方法 2008年1月—2012年12月期间采用对比性研究,对85例健康育龄妇女放置2种不同IUD(MCu记忆合金IUD 43例,TCu 220IUD 42例),于术后1、3、6、12、24、36、48个月分别进行观察。结果 2种IUD48个月的妊娠率、脱落率、因症取出率和累积续用率分别为:MCu记忆合金IUD:2.32%,0.00%,4.64%,88.37%;TCu220IUD:2.38%,4.76%,9.52%,76.19%。2种IUD妊娠率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)MCu记忆合金IUD的脱落率低于TCu220IUD,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);MCu记忆合金IUD的因症取出率低于TCu220IUD,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MCu记忆合金IUD的48个月的累积续用率高于TCu220IUD,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 MCu记忆合金IUD具有脱落率低,因症取出率低,累积续用率高的优点,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical application effect and safety of two kinds of IUD, the MCu memory alloy and TCu 220. Methods By comparative study, from December, 2008 to December, 2012, 85 cases of healthy women of childbearing age were placed two kinds of IUD, 43 cases were treated with MCu IUD, and 42 cases were treated with TCu 220 IUD, and were observed postoperative 1, 3, 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 months respectively. Results The pregnancy rate, loss rate, removal rate due to sickness and cumulative continuation rate of 2 kinds of IUD in 48 months respectively was the following, MCu memory alloy IUD： 2.32%, 0.00%, 4.64%, 88.37%;TCu 220 IUD：2.38%, 4.76%, 9.52%, 76.19%. Comparing the pregnancy rate between 2 kinds of IUD, there was no significant difference （P〉0. 05）; The loss rate of MCu memory alloy IUD was lower than that of TCu 220 IUD, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 01）; The removal rate due to sickness of MCu memory alloy IUD was lower than that of TCu 220 IUD, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; The cumulative continuation rate of MCu memory alloy IUD in 48 months was higher than that of TCu 220 IUD with significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclsion MCu IUD memory alloy has the advantages of low loss rate, low remove rate due to sickness and high cumulative continuation rate, which is worth promoting.
