探讨Ligasure能量平台在胃癌根治术中的应用

Study on the Application of Energy Platform in Radical Gastrectomy

目的探讨Ligasure能量平台在胃癌根治术中的应用。方法选取该院在2011年6月—2013年6月期间收治的胃癌患者22例,对所有患者均在手术过程中辅助能量平台的应用,另选取2010年1月—2011年5月期间仅采用传统电刀方法行胃癌根治术的胃癌患者20例,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、住院费用以及术后并发症发生率均明显小于对照组;两组淋巴结清扫数目、术后肛门排气时间的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论能量平台在胃癌根治术中应用可明显缩短手术时间、减少出血量,且具有创伤小,并发症少等优势,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the application of Ligasure energy platform in radical gastrectomy. Methods 22 cases of patients with gastric cancer admitted in our hospital from June, 2011 to June, 2013 were selected and auxiliary energy platform was adopted in the radical gastrectomy for them. And other 20 cases of gastric cancer patients treated with radical gastrectomy by the traditional electric knife method from January, 2010 to May, 2011 were selected. The therapeutic effects of two groups of patients were compared. Results The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, cost of hospitalization and the incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group, P〈0.05. And there were no significant differences between the two groups in the number of lymph node dissection and postoperative anal exhaust time, P〉 0.05. Conclusion Energy platform adopted in radical gastrectomy can significantly shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding with less trauma, fewer complications and other advantages, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
