摘要
调查发现,浙江舟山群岛新区的小学教师队伍建设取得了历史性的显著成绩,但也存在着教师年龄和性别结构失偏、教师考试压力过大、教师编制存在学科性和结构性缺失、教师培训工学矛盾大、效果差等问题。对此,我们要高度重视群岛新区小学教师的培养,恢复和重新设置小学教育本科专业,培养全科/合科型小学本科学历教师,改进教师选拔和培养模式。
A survey finds that Zhoushan Archipelago New Area has made historically considerable achievements in primary school faculty construction, but that there have also been some problems (teachers' ages and genders are not balanced; teachers have too much pressure for examinations; the organizational structure is not complete in subjects and structures; the contradictions between work and study are obvious; training effects are poor, and so on). In this case, great attention should be paid to the primary school teacher training in the New Area, recovering and resetting undergraduate program for primary education, training whole-subject or subject-combined primary school teachers with university diplomas, and improving the models for the choice and training of teachers.
