Set up and implement food consignment contract review is an effective measures to improve the management level of quality inspection institutions, reduce the quality risk, balance the benefit between organizations and customers. The article starts from the importance of the contract review work, analyse how to standardize the contract review system, improve the quality of audit personnel to control the risk of the contract review.
