西部地区私营工业企业效率研究

Research about Efficiency of Private Industrial Enterprises in Western Region

文章采用DEA模型对西部地区私营工业企业进行分析,得出仅有3地达到DEA有效状态,其余9个省市自治区处于规模报酬递减状态,另外采用非DEA投影分析分析了陕西省投入冗余及产出不足的问题。DEA有效省市自治区在原有基础上扩大资源投入以得到更多产出促进本地私营经济的发展。而非DEA有效省市自治区应注意扩大发展规模及投入产出协调性等问题,提高私营工业企业生产效率,缩短和我国发达地区水平的差距。

In this article, we analysis 12 private industrial enterprises in western region using data envelopment analysis model, only 3 areas achieve DEA effective state, but the remaining is in the state of scale decreasing. In addition, we use non--DEA projection analysis to research phenomenon of input redundancy and output shortage in Shaanxi province. The effective should enlarge resources input to deserve more output to promote development of the local private economy on the original base; the other must pay attention to thing about extending of development scale and input and output to prompt private industrial enterprises＇ production efficiency, to shorten the gap between developed and western region.
