摘要
危险废物焚烧设施运行期间污染物的排放和扩散对大气、土壤及水体所形成的环境影响已引起社会的广泛关注。本研究基于ISCST3模型,以二噁英和镉为特征污染物,对危险废物焚烧设施烟气排放造成的设施周边土壤累积性环境影响进行分析。研究结果表明,按照《危险废物焚烧污染控制标准》相关限值长期运行危险废物焚烧设施,污染物排放和沉降将对焚烧设施厂区内及较近距离的土壤造成污染;而对距排放源较远的区域(如500 m之外)的土壤的累积性环境影响较小。湿沉降是焚烧设施周边土壤污染物累积的主要途径,烟囱高度和风速的增加有利于减少焚烧设施周边土壤中污染物的积累。
The environmental impacts toward atmosphere,water and soil due to emission and dispersion of contaminant from hazardous waste combustion facilities(HWCF)have drawn wide concern.By simulating the dioxins and cadmium concentrations of soil around the HWCF using the ISCST3 model, this study discussed the accumulative environmental impacts of emissions from HWCF.If a HWCF is operated with the emission limits of the"Pollution control standard for hazardous wastes incineration",the Chinese national standard,for a long term(i.e.,30 yrs),the soil in the HWCF and nearby will be contaminated because of contaminates’ emission and deposition,while the distant soil(i.e.,the distance>500m)will not be effected.The wet deposition is the main contributor of the accumulative environmental impacts of the HWCF.The increase the stack height and the wind speed will help to reduce the contaminants’ accumulation in soil around the HWCF.
