对于一名以教学和科研为主要工作的大学教师,培养和保持严谨的治学态度是做好所有教学和科研工作的基础。该文结合自己的心得体会,在科研方向的选择,怎样做科研,科研成果的呈现以及将科研应用于教学等方面进行了一些研究和探索。

For a university teacher,whose main task is teaching and researching, developing and maintaining the rigorous scholarship is the basis for all the related work. In this paper,combining with my own experience,how to select the direction of the scientific research, how to do the scientific research, how to present the research results and how to make the application of scientific research in the teaching is studied and explored.
