海水珍珠分泌细胞在白云岩表面的沉积序列

摘要 采用"平板珍珠"研究方法,将白云岩平板插入和固定在马氏珠母贝Pinctada martensii(Dunker)的内表面,获得不同阶段的平板珍珠。采用扫描电子显微镜观察在平板珍珠形成过程中沉积序列,旨在阐明海水珍珠的形成机理,为开发新型珠核材料提供理论指导。 Hy Ihe means of"flat pearl"which was created by Danel E Morse of University of California,Santa Barbara,Insert the dolomite flat with the size IIf(6±1)mm iong,(4±1)mm wide,(1±0.2)mm thick into the mantle out cavity of pinctada matensii(Dunker),stick to the inner surface of pinctada matensii(Dunkcr) with glue.After a determinated interval the dolomite flat and its surface deposit(flat pearl) were taken out.The microstructure of the deposition on the dolomite flat was analyzed by Scan Electron Microscope(SEM).The morpholagy, mineral compositinn,cryslalline size of the deposition were invesligated.The research can explain formation mechanism of Seawater pearl and supply lheary basis for preparalian of a new dolamite nucleus material.
