摘要
对康宁木霉孢子与植物乳杆菌一起包埋固定构建的共固定化体系协同转化玉米秸秆生产乳酸进行了研究,当共固定化凝胶珠内康宁木霉孢子与植物乳杆菌细胞体积比为1:1时共固定化体系协同反应产乳酸的能力最强。在发酵温度为34℃,添加6班的酵母粉和10mL/L的米糠水解液,反应周期为48h时,乳酸浓度和得率最高,分别为34.5g/L和86.04%。
