三网融合背景下的人才培养

十年来,"三网融合"在政策上获得了许多支持,但是其推进似乎远不如预期。其原因与人才培养方式的滞后有关。该文着重于阐述在"三网融合"的背景下,以通信工程专业为例,探索一种新型的,开放融合的,适应行业发展的人才培养模式。

Recently, ＂three net work mergence;＂got a lot of support on policy,but the seem far less expected.The reason is related with the mode of training lag.This paper focuses on the＂three net work mergence＂background,in communication engineering specialty as an example,to explore a new, open fusion,adapt to the cultivation mode of talents to the development of the industry.
