摘要
以金属醋酸盐为原料,用溶胶-凝胶技术制备了Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O微粉,并用TG、DTA、IR、XRD和TEM等手段对Bi_(1.85)Pb_(0.35)Sr_(1.9)Ca_2Cu_(3.1)O_y粉末的热分解和晶化行为以及粉末粒度进行了分析测试,并用此微粉制备出以2223相为主要物相、零电阻为105K的高温陶瓷超导体。
This paper reports the preparation processes of Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O micro-powder by Sol-Gel method , using metal acetates as starting materials. W analyzed the mechanisms of decomposition of synthesized powders and their crystallization behavior by means of thermo-gravimetric analysis, differential thermal analysis, infrared spectra and X-ray diffraction. Also we determined the sizes of powder decomposed at different temperatures by using transmission electron microscope. Meanwhile a high -l\ ceramic superconductor which has 2223 as the main phase and zero resistance 105K was fabricated by using these micro-powders.
