Research on Shenzhen Decision Support System for Transportation Planning

经过30年快速发展,深圳特区城市交通发展迈入复杂巨系统阶段,交通管理部门难以及时准确掌控交通发展态势以作出正确规划决策。目前,交通信息化正成为交通发展的新趋势,必须依托交通信息化提升交通规划决策管理水平。在调研深圳市交通规划体系、规划决策需求以及现状决策支持状况等基础上,提出深圳市交通规划决策支持体系建设总体目标、体系框架、建设内容以及分期实施计划,统筹指导深圳市交通规划决策支持体系建设。

After three decades of rapid development, the urban transport in the Shenzhen step into the stage of complex giant system, and traffic management department is difficult to timely and accurate control of the traffic increasing trend in order to make the right planning decisions. Current traffic information is becoming a new trend in transport development, must rely on the traffic information to enhance the level of transportation planning decision management. This paper researches on transport planning system, planning and decision-making needs and current situation of decision support conditions, and then presents the city＇s transportation planning decision support system overall goal, system framework, building, and phased implementation plan to coordinate and guide the city＇s transportation planning decision support system.
