摘要
城市交通拥堵已然成为世界性的交通问题。城市道路以主干路网为骨架,道路相交不可避免。然而,基于土地开发、景观要求等因素的限制,不可能将大规模的交叉口设置为立体形式,交叉口成为城市路网交通的重要瓶颈。因此,解决城市交通拥堵问题,首先要解决城市交叉口的交通拥堵问题。以城市主干路相交节点作为研究对象,从交叉口的渠化组织和信号控制两方面进行研究和分析,借助交通配时优化软件Synchro对不同方案的通行能力、控制延误(服务水平LOS)等指标进行计算比较,旨在提出交叉口渠化组织和信号控制的最佳组合,实现主干路交叉口通过能力的最大化,从而提高整个路网的通行能力,有助于缓解或解决部分城市交通压力。
Urban traffic congestion has become an issue of international consequences. Urban roads take the major arterial network as the foundation, and road intersection is unavoidable. However, it is limited by land development, cityscape and other factors, so that it's impossible to build large-scale interchange. Road intersections have became the important bottlenecks of urban traffic. Therefore, to solve urban traffic congestion problems, it is critical to solve the traffic congestion problems of road intersections. In this paper, it is a subject which studies intersections of major arterials, and to conduct an investigation into the channelization and the signal timing of road intersections. To compare different plans with the help of timing optimization software synchro that compute the capacity of intersection, the control delay and other evaluating indicators. With the purpose of advancing the best combination of the channelization and the signal timing and achieving maximum capacity of the intersections. Thus, to improve the traffic capacity of the entire road network, and contribute to relieve the urban traffic pressure.
